We introduced the fast-drying lubricant "HANARL" in a dry/semi-wet form and would like to present a case study of "Semi-Wet Lubricant 02." With the trend towards lightweight products and cost reduction, the use of resins has significantly increased. However, unique creaking noises can occur at the mating surfaces of the resins. To address this issue, we implemented our product. As a result, we were able to solve the creaking noise problem, which could only be addressed with lubricated-grade resins, simply by applying our product to standard resins, leading to significant cost reductions.
