We would like to introduce a case study on the machining of injection molding molds for drawer storage cases. Burrs had occurred due to uneven thickness. As a permanent solution, we added an additional central inlay (from 2 locations to 3 locations) and increased the height of the inlay. After completing the work, we confirmed the trial at a mass production factory in Fukushima Prefecture.
