We would like to introduce a case of burr repair for the gate section of a part corresponding to the lower part of a bumper from a certain automobile manufacturer. At the request of a customer from Gunma Prefecture, we handled the maintenance of a new model produced in Korea. Upon investigation by our company, burrs were found in the gate section. The causes were identified as the weakness of the backup hill contact and the lack of contact on the bottom surface.
