We offer various internal diameter grinding services with 5 NC internal grinding machines and 2 general-purpose internal grinding machines.

With our NC internal surface grinding machines, both 4-axis and 2-axis, we can perform simultaneous processing with one chucking, allowing for high-precision machining of geometric tolerances (parallelism, perpendicularity, concentricity). We can mount up to four grinding wheels, enabling more complex grinding with one chucking. Furthermore, since we have our own heat treatment facility, we can also handle heat treatment together. This eliminates time loss due to logistics of workpieces and allows us to compress delivery times and costs. We also have lathes and machining capabilities, so we can handle all processes before and after heat treatment.
