With our NC internal surface grinding machines, both 4-axis and 2-axis, we can perform simultaneous processing with one chucking, allowing for high-precision machining of geometric tolerances (parallelism, perpendicularity, concentricity). We can mount up to four grinding wheel axes, enabling more complex grinding with one chucking. Furthermore, since we have our own heat treatment facility, we can also handle heat treatment together. This eliminates time loss due to logistics of workpieces and allows us to compress delivery times and costs. Additionally, we are equipped with lathes and machining centers, enabling us to handle all processes from before to after heat treatment. We have a proven track record of processing various materials such as S45C, S25C, SKD, SCM, SACM, SUS, and castings.
