Due to the deformed mold, temperature unevenness occurs with conventional heaters [Case Study of Problem Solving].
We will introduce a case where there were temperature variations in the mold, and the sealing process did not go well, but we succeeded in achieving uniform heating!
We would like to introduce a case study that solved the issues with cartridge heaters for a packaging machine manufacturer. In this company, due to the use of a variable mold, conventional heaters caused temperature inconsistencies, resulting in poor sealing quality. To address this, we implemented an irregular pitch division with a single heater. By repeatedly conducting actual machine tests and determining the optimal winding dimensions and ratios, we resolved the problem. <Do you have any of these issues?> ■ Due to the variable mold, conventional heaters cause temperature inconsistencies, making it difficult to achieve a clean seal. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
