High-frequency charger compatible with lead-acid batteries, GEL/AGM, lithium-ion batteries, Ni-Cd batteries, etc. Zivan is a long-established manufacturer founded in 1985.
The SG3 brings a new revolution by integrating onboard chargers into electric vehicle platforms. The active PFC filter supports supply voltages from 95 to 265 VAC, making it ideal for applications worldwide. The heat sink is integrated into the charger, which is enclosed in a robust aluminum die-cast with an IP65 protection rating, enhancing installation flexibility and enabling operation under harsh conditions. The SG3 employs the latest generation of flash microcontrollers necessary for processing various charging algorithms. Additionally, the isolated CANBUS interface (2.0) allows for the integration of the unit into the vehicle's system configuration. With ample memory capacity, it can record up to 1,000 charging cycles, enabling a complete analysis of operation and usage conditions throughout the battery's lifespan. Lastly, and importantly, the SG3 is optimized for high-efficiency conversion from standard household sockets, allowing it to charge all types of battery technologies.
