■Orientation control molding of fillers: Controls the orientation of carbon fibers, glass fibers, talc, etc. In particular, it improves issues such as strength reduction at joints, bulging due to shrinkage differences, and appearance defects through the orientation control of fillers. This technology also addresses the appearance defects that occur as black streaks due to the orientation of paint-free metallic-colored resins. It is important to note that this is orientation control, which differs from weldless molding. ■Paint-free metallic resin molding technology: Demonstrates advantages different from painting and plating. ■Thick-walled molding: Achieves downsizing of molding machines through our unique intrusion (flow molding) technology. Unlike conventional technologies from other companies, it is possible to improve the quality of molded products to be equal to or better than that of standard injection molding.
