This is a set that allows a three-phase inverter to operate simply by supplying AC 100V for control, combining a SiC three-phase inverter, a controller, and sample software. It features a three-phase full-bridge inverter equipped with six ROHM SiC-MOSFETs, capable of operating at a maximum rated power of 10kVA. A 24V control power supply and sample software are included. 【Features】 ■ A SiC inverter set that can be immediately used for experimental operation Experiments can be conducted immediately with just wiring to the power supply and load. ■ Experiments with various circuit configurations and operating conditions The sample software allows switching between chopper and inverter operation. The operation board allows changes to switching frequency, modulation ratio, etc. ■ Software development is also possible when used in conjunction with HSDT-KIT-B (P27).
