Copper plating is used in electronic components such as printed circuit boards due to its excellent flexibility, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity. Recently, it has been applied to copper-plated wiring, taking advantage of its excellent leveling properties and uniform electrodeposition, and it is also active as a nanotechnology microfabrication technique.
