Integrated molding of different materials: Tsubaki plastic modular chain rubber type
WT1515VG-W・WT2525VG-K
The rubber molded with different materials on the conveying surface allows for a maximum incline of 20 degrees!
Are you having trouble with items slipping off during inclined transport? The plastic modular chain rubber type reduces the slipping of transported items due to the rubber that is integrally molded into the transport surface. ■Features - High friction due to the rubber on the transport surface makes it difficult for items to slip off. By using two-color molding (integral molding of different materials) for the rubber on the chain's transport surface, items are less likely to slip off, allowing for inclined transport at angles of up to 20 degrees. - Smooth transfer of items to the next process is possible. By using the conveyor without placing a transfer plate (dead plate) between them, items can be smoothly moved to the next process. - Maintenance can be performed with just a flathead screwdriver. The pin and plug fastening method allows for easy cutting and joining with just one flathead screwdriver. ■Examples of Use - Cutting out cardboard sheets - Transporting suitcases - Transporting rubber blocks - Inclined transport of shrink bottles *For more details, please refer to the WT1515VG-W catalog and the WT2525VG-K catalog.

Company information
Our company, as a member of the Tsubakimoto Chain Group, is dedicated to providing solutions that meet our customers' needs, focusing our business on three main pillars: chains, precision machinery products, and conveyor systems. In April 2012, we reorganized within the group, and our chain business restarted with a focus on the Tsubaki brand's top chain operations. In recent years, driven by energy conservation and cost reduction, engineering plastic chains have become widespread in various applications that replace traditional conveyor systems, with increasing demand not only domestically but also internationally. The need for products that can withstand harsh operating conditions is also growing, making it increasingly important to provide solutions through optimal products and appropriate engineering services. In this context, we have significantly revamped our structure to consolidate the group's strengths and enhance functionality and efficiency. Our production base, the Kuki Factory, underwent extensive renovations, greatly increasing production capacity, and we completed a new factory building in March 2013. We sincerely thank you for your long-standing support and ask for your continued guidance and encouragement in the future.
