We would like to introduce a case study of our "Micro Work Assembly Robot." By fully automating the assembly of the tips, we have achieved significant cost reduction and quality improvement. After applying adhesive and assembling the tips and shafts with four short-axis robots, the products are discharged using a small robot. Additionally, by measuring the dimensions of the assembled products with an image inspection machine, it is also possible to sort OK and NG products.
