Extremely useful in that it does not cause immune rejection! A method for producing a layered cell sheet that induces an increase in the healing rate.
In cell transplantation therapy, cell sheets cultured in a sheet form are used because it is difficult for cells to adhere to tissues. The objective of this invention is to provide a method for producing a laminated cell sheet that is difficult to shrink even when peeled off from the substrate and is easy to manufacture. Cell sheets produced from fibroblasts derived from patients receiving the transplant are extremely useful in that they do not cause immune rejection reactions. It is possible to freeze and preserve the cell sheets in a laminated state. 【Research Summary】 ■ A method for producing laminated cell sheets that significantly increases the production of vascular growth factors and induces an increase in healing rates through transplantation to skin wound sites. ■ It is possible to freeze and preserve the cell sheets in a laminated state. ■ Extremely useful in that it does not cause immune rejection reactions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
