No need for heat drying process! Fluorinated conformal coating for automotive applications.
AegisCoat WOP-023
Realization of a Low-Carbon Society: No need for thermal drying and curing processes due to room temperature drying! Fluorinated conformal coating agents for automotive applications that contribute to a low-carbon society.
Leveraging the fluoropolymer polymerization technology we have cultivated over many years, as well as our insights in the conformal coating market, we have developed the fluorine conformal coating agent "Aegis Coat WOP-023." For automotive applications, it offers superior durability and high safety compared to conventional heat-drying curing conformal coatings. Additionally, due to a special fluorine solvent, it can dry at room temperature, eliminating the need for a heat-drying curing process and contributing to the realization of a low-carbon society. It is also highly compatible with automatic coating machines (masking-less dispensers, primarily film coaters and jet dispensers), and to meet user demands for reduced drying times and control over coating thickness, we offer a range of products with varying concentrations. *For more details, please download the materials or contact us through our website.

[Appearance observation photo after thermal shock test] Other products A (rubber-based resin) and B (acrylic-based resin) begin to develop cracks after 200 cycles, and after 300 cycles, they fail the dielectric strength test (1500V). In contrast, our product shows no abnormalities even after 2000 cycles, demonstrating high durability.
