The coating agent for substrates (conformal coating) "Fluorosurf FG-3650 series" is suitable for waterproofing and insulation protection of electronic components, as well as for moisture-proof and waterproof coatings of mounted substrates. It is non-flammable and does not fall under organic solvent regulations, making it free from the restrictions of fire laws and safety regulations. Furthermore, no PFAS regulated substances such as PFOS, PFOA, or PFHxS are used at all. 【Performance Features】 It exhibits protective functions such as moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, and water and oil repellency with a thin film. ■ Compared to other resins, it has high moisture and waterproof properties. → It has four times the moisture resistance performance compared to urethane or acrylic moisture-proof coatings at the same film thickness! It exhibits more than ten times the moisture resistance compared to silicone-based coatings. The increase in weight due to the coating film is minimized, making it ideal for lightweight devices such as mobile equipment. ■ High resistance to acidic substances such as lithium battery electrolytes. → It can protect the substrate in case of electrolyte leakage, preventing fire accidents. ■ It also exhibits strong protective effects against acidic gases, saline solutions, and corrosive liquids, providing rust prevention effects. ■ It does not contain unreacted low molecular compounds like silicone or UV-curable types, ensuring high reliability. It will not cause contact failure of electrical contacts after application.
