[Case Study] Introduction of a New Process

A challenge to completely new development! Introducing processes that did not exist in conventional technology with the cooperation of equipment manufacturers.

To achieve stable quality in new product development, it was necessary to crush the particulate functional fillers and disperse them in the adhesive, but our company lacked the know-how for this. Therefore, we repeatedly conducted trials with a dispersion and kneading machine manufacturer until we achieved the ideal dispersion state, receiving numerous pieces of advice from their engineers. Using the prototypes developed, we further created and evaluated additional product prototypes. Two years later, we finally established the kneading method and succeeded in product development. We believe that not being rigidly attached to existing in-house technologies and actively seeking and incorporating new technologies from outside the company is an important aspect of future new product development.
