The "BLESsystem" has achieved high-quality, damage-free fluxless soldering by combining a blue laser with a wavelength of 445nm, which has a high absorption rate in metals, and a newly developed dispensing mechanism. It allows for the reduction of flux cleaning processes and efficiently delivers heat to the metal parts, thereby minimizing thermal damage to the surrounding joints. Additionally, it is capable of both pulse wave and continuous wave (CW) oscillation, quickly melting the solder within the capillary using pulse waves while suppressing oxidation of the solder.
