All die designs are done in-house! We own manufacturing equipment, as well as machining tools and measuring instruments!
To meet the diverse needs of our customers, we have introduced various types of forging machines, primarily focusing on 2-die 3-blow systems, as well as 1-die 2-blow (double header) machines and multi-stage processing machines known as part formers. We can accommodate a wide range of products, from automotive-related parts with a material diameter of 8 mm to electronic components with a material diameter of around 2 mm, as well as miniature screws and other fine parts with a diameter of less than 1 mm.
