This is a high-grade filter press exclusively for pharmaceuticals, compatible with GMP, various validations, CIP, and SIP. ■ High-efficiency sealed filter system using a combination of sheets, plates, and frames. ■ Sealed system The double sealing with O-ring gaskets around the circumference of the filter plate and the filter sheet completely prevents liquid leakage from the filter section. ■ Designed for ease of use, ensuring that the product does not come into contact with the external environment and facilitating CIP cleaning and easy handling. ■ O-ring free By using specially designed filter plates, a 100% leak-free O-ring-less type is also possible, eliminating O-ring gaskets. ■ Applications Plasma products, proteins, vaccines, antibiotics, antibody drugs, biopharmaceuticals, etc. ■ Filter plate and frame material: Options available for stainless steel (316L) or plastic (PP). ■ Equipped with a fully integrated membrane function: Further compresses the cake, improving cake recovery rate and operational efficiency.
