<Sputtering Target> We respond to supply needs for various applications, sizes, materials, and purities, starting from small quantities. (We can also accommodate materials not listed in the examples below, so please inquire.) In addition to planar types, we also offer cylindrical (cylindrical, tube) targets that enhance production efficiency in the fields of solar cells (thin film, CIGS, etc.), flat panel displays (FPD), and optical thin films, while providing excellent in-plane film thickness distribution. Depending on the material, we select methods such as thermal spraying, melting, or sintering to propose high-quality and reasonably priced cylindrical targets.
