The "CS-70" series is a 12/16bit cooled CMOS camera system that reduces noise and achieves a high S/N ratio by cooling the CMOS sensor to below 0°C. Since the CMOS sensor operates at high speed, it generates a lot of heat, making cooling very effective. The lineup includes models equipped with back-illuminated sensors that can capture weak light, global shutter compatible models, and newly designed high-cooling models. In high-speed shooting, images can be saved without frame dropping by combining with an optional image recording interface. This single unit can handle everything from video to time-lapse and long-exposure single-shot photography.
