"Terrazzo tiles" have the texture and luster of natural stone, and they excel in abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and water resistance, making them an excellent flooring material. We are pleased to present a proposal for pressed molded products made from terrazzo tiles. Pressed molded products are strong, have short lead times, and can be produced at lower costs. However, due to their two-layer structure, they are "thick and heavy" and "cannot show the edges," which has limited their use to flooring applications. At Torii Cement, we have reduced the thickness of these pressed molded tiles to make them lighter, and by defining the edges, we have made them suitable for walls and counters as well. 【Specifications available according to application】 ■ Priority Type for Appearance (Product Image 2) - The tiles are cut a few centimeters and then polished, resulting in a visually appealing finish. - Recommended for areas that are easily visible, such as counters. ■ Priority Type for Size (Product Image 3) - Only a few millimeters are polished, allowing the tiles to maintain sizes of 300mm and 400mm. - Costs can be reduced as there is no cutting involved. - Recommended for less visible areas, such as stairs.
