It is capable of high-speed filling even with ultra-foaming solutions. With technology and experience honed over many years in chemical plants, it enables high-speed and high-precision filling. By using the simple capper developed by our research and development department, we have achieved a high-speed filling rate of 180 containers per hour for filling 20kg poly containers and Tamakan containers, including all processes from setting the container to filling, capping, and transporting the container (for the high tank model; 150 containers for the floor-mounted tank model). The easy-to-understand operation method that anyone can use is also well-received. The introduction of this machine greatly improves the operational efficiency of the factory.
