Features of this product - The wetted parts are completely non-metallic. Except for the container fixing hardware and part of the scale, areas that may come into contact with corrosive liquids or gases are made of stainless steel and resin. As a result, the durability against corrosive liquids that react with metal surfaces has significantly improved. - When filling a 20L poly container or Tamakan container with 20kg (with a 5-micron filter), the operation of setting the container, filling, sealing the lid with a simple capper, and transporting the container allows for a filling speed of over 80 containers per hour. - A filter with a minimum pore size of 1 micron can be mounted in the machine. There is no hassle of replacing filter cartridges or dealing with piping arrangements. - More compact than the standard LTP filling machine series, with dimensions of 75cm wide × 76cm deep × 164cm high. It can be moved and used more flexibly in various locations within the factory.
