This is a coil weighing machine that can be brought in with a coil car and weighed. There are two types: a U-shaped one that can be installed at the end of the line and a gate-shaped one that can be installed along the line.
There is a U-shaped weighing machine installed at the line end, as well as a gantry-type weighing machine that can be introduced without obstructing the flow of the transport line, allowing the coil car to turn around. Coils can be loaded onto the receiving section while still on the coil car, and weighing can be performed directly by lowering the cylinder of the coil car to place the coil on a load cell type scale. We have obtained type approval under the Weights and Measures Act, so we also manufacture certified coil weighing machines. We can also produce control panels that include system design and software development such as PLCs. Communication with the upper system and coil numbers can be exchanged via serial communication or BCD input/output, enabling the construction of a traceable system.
