This is a high-speed filling machine with a nozzle lift type that can be used for various fillings, such as poly containers, BIBs, and various types of plastic containers. It is capable of high-speed filling even with ultra-foaming solutions. With technology and experience honed over many years in chemical plants, it enables high-speed and high-precision filling. By using the simple capper developed by our research and development department, we have achieved a high-speed filling rate of 180 containers per hour for filling 20kg poly containers and Tamakan containers, including all processes from setting the container to filling, capping, and transporting the container (for the high tank model; 150 containers for the floor-mounted tank model). The easy-to-understand operation method that anyone can use is also well-received. The introduction of this machine greatly improves the operational efficiency of the factory. It is ideal as the first step towards factory automation and high efficiency.

Features: Features of this product - The filling process can prevent overflow and splashing even with highly foaming solutions, thanks to various mechanisms including a liftable nozzle. - By changing the tip of the container fixing jig, it can fill various containers (such as poly containers, tamakans, BIBs, and plastic containers) ranging from 4L to 20L. - Equipped with a filter housing (models without a filter and with a strainer are also available). - Filling 20kg into a 20L BIB container takes 18 seconds or less. Filling 20kg into a 20L poly container or tamakan can be done in as fast as 17 seconds (time may vary depending on specifications). - The latest 7-stage flow control system and filling amount correction system enable high-speed yet highly accurate filling. - This is a reliable and proven filling machine, honed over many years in chemical plants. In addition to the standard model LTP (this product), the LTP series includes the high tank model LTPH and the self-standing model LTPC with a compressor. There is also a model with a stainless steel sanitary specification for the liquid contact part (the hose part is made of PVC or fluoropolymer). It can be used in various chemical and food factories. With any LTP model, by replacing the tip of the container fixation tool, you can use polycon, tamacan, BIB containers, various poly containers (4L to 20L), and one-gallon cans (up to 80kg in weight).
