We would like to introduce a case where we supplied a cleaning and filling line for high-purity chemicals for semiconductors in conjunction with the construction of a new factory for an overseas chemical manufacturing company. In particular, the design and development phase was conducted over a long period. For example, we developed a new integrated filling capper with three lines, resulting in a device with higher production capacity than conventional models. Additionally, we also developed new cleaning machines for caps and inner caps in the cleaning line, enabling us to provide containers with high cleaning standards.
