This is a laminated core prototype (φ50). It was manufactured using materials currently under development for a new motor project. For this laminated core, we first laminated and bonded the electrical steel sheets, and then processed them using wire cutting. Our laminated core's bonding technology allows for high-precision lamination, packed with our unique know-how, and is one of the technologies that has received significant praise from our customers. We are capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not only standard iron and SUS but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop support from prototype processing to mass production of custom motor cores and resolvers. Additionally, based on the data accumulated in our unique production management system, we offer products to our customers at reasonable prices.
