[Production Example] Resolver (Rotary Angle Sensor)

This is a resolver (rotary angle sensor). The material is 35A440, and it is a product mainly used for power transmission devices, classified as a laminated core product. This resolver undergoes processing by wire cutting after the electromagnetic steel sheets have been laminated and bonded in advance. Our laminated core's lamination bonding technology enables high-precision lamination bonding filled with unique know-how, and it is one of the technologies highly regarded by our customers. Additionally, this resolver required high precision. Therefore, we achieved high-precision wire cutting processing by dividing the cutting of each processing area into four stages. We accommodate the procurement of various materials, not only common iron and SUS but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop support from prototype processing to mass production of custom motor cores and resolvers.
