This is a laminated core prototype (φ150). It was manufactured using materials currently under development for a new motor project. In this laminated core, the electromagnetic steel plates are laminated and bonded beforehand, followed by processing using wire cutting. Our laminated core's bonding technology allows for high-precision lamination, packed with our unique know-how, and is one of the technologies that has received much praise from our customers. We are capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not limited to general iron and SUS, but also including amorphous products and special alloys. We provide a one-stop service from prototype processing to mass production of custom motor cores and resolvers. Additionally, based on the data accumulated in our unique production management system, we offer products to our customers at reasonable prices.
