The client is a major manufacturer expanding hydrogen stations, and they requested this project with the intention of also focusing on the sales of the dispenser alone. The main requirements were to make it as compact as possible and to have an easy-to-manufacture structure. Additionally, there was a request for a design that conveys the clean and environmentally friendly image of hydrogen fuel while also evoking a sense of a unique near-future aesthetic. Major Material Manufacturer "Prototype for Seat Material Consideration" The requirement was "a design with a European taste, assuming a near-future scenario." Upon further investigation of the European seat market, we found that many featured thin carbon shells with cushions attached for body support, giving them a rugged and spartan appearance. Therefore, we also attempted to design a carbon shell. While researching commercial products, we determined the angle of the seat back and the width of the side supports, pursuing a shape that would allow the client's material to be fully utilized.
