The "FCP Series" is a volumetric single-screw eccentric pump (cavity pump) developed for high-precision application of paste materials. It features a structure that suppresses pulsation, achieving high-precision metering discharge. It can handle a wide range of fluids, including low to high viscosity fluids and liquids containing abrasives. Additionally, it prevents the alteration of liquids, enabling high-quality application. Drop-type application can be performed from a minimum of 0.0001 mL, and continuous application can be done from a width of 0.25 mm.
