As a measure against space debris, developed in collaboration with Tohoku University! Would you like to equip it on a satellite?
We would like to introduce our deployable membrane orbital deorbiting device, 'DOM', designed for small satellites. This device deploys a membrane after the mission of the artificial satellite is completed, allowing it to deorbit. It has been jointly developed with Tohoku University as a countermeasure against the currently concerning issue of space debris. The installation is basically bolt-on, and it can also be integrated into the separation mechanism for satellites in the 50 kg class. We will deliver the device after it has passed all required tests. Please feel free to consult with us first. 【Features】 ■ Deploys a membrane after the mission of the artificial satellite is completed, allowing for deorbiting ■ Jointly developed with Tohoku University as a countermeasure against space debris ■ Installation is basically bolt-on ■ Can be integrated into the separation mechanism for satellites in the 50 kg class ■ Delivered after passing all required tests *An English version of the catalog is available for download. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
