This machine is incorporated into a semi-automatic workstation, where the operator first manually positions the workpiece at the marking location. After the workpiece is clamped, a leak test is conducted, and the marking will only occur if the workpiece passes the test. A 16 I/O card is used for machine testing and synchronization testing with other processes. It is also equipped with a pneumatic Z-axis that allows the marking head to move horizontally relative to the workpiece.
