"Flexcarbon" is a thermoplastic CFRTP sheet that simultaneously achieves complex shape molding and high strength, which was not possible with conventional carbon fiber composite materials, enabling mass production. It excels in mold conformity and allows for the production of high-smoothness molded products. Through press molding, it can create complex shapes that were previously impossible, and for mass production, we propose two molding methods, "stamping molding" and "heat & cool," tailored to customer requirements.
