We would like to introduce the characteristics of "Flexcarbon," specifically regarding its ability to mold complex shapes. This product enables the creation of complex shapes (such as variable thickness and honeycomb shapes) through press molding. By preheating the material, we can perform high-cycle molding processing for one minute using the cold press method known as "stamping molding." Additionally, by heating the mold to enhance the flowability of the material, we can fill the material (fibers and resin) into the fine tips of complex shapes using the "heat & cool" method.
