In our lead screw grinding, we perform screw grinding processing using dedicated machines developed for stable quality, high precision, and high efficiency for mass production. Processing is possible after hardening, allowing for hardness of Hv600 or higher and bending of 0.02mm or less. The clearance can be controlled for sets with nuts.
