【Investigation Flow】 Historical Investigation → Situational Investigation → Detailed Investigation → Remedial Work 【Historical Investigation】 Collect information on past land use, the presence or absence of hazardous substances, and usage conditions through existing documents and interviews, and assess the risk of soil contamination. 【Sample Collection and Analysis Investigation】 Conduct soil sampling and analysis based on the risks identified in the historical investigation to confirm the presence of soil contamination. 【Detailed Investigation】 If soil contamination is confirmed, a detailed investigation will be conducted to identify the extent of the contamination.
