Investigation to be conducted as the next step of the overview survey! Mainly focusing on the investigation of the depth of contamination.
At Kyoa Development, we conduct a "Detailed Survey" as the next step following the overview investigation. The "Detailed Survey" is a depth investigation of contamination conducted when soil pollution is confirmed (when specific harmful substances exceed the standard values). Since the investigation methods vary depending on the depth of the contamination source and the soil and geological conditions, these tasks require a wide range of specialized knowledge and know-how. Our company continuously provides education and training for the technicians engaged in these tasks, ensuring that we deliver speedy and highly accurate investigation results. 【Features】 ■ Environmental survey drilling machine (Eco Machine) - Generates minimal excavation waste, resulting in less contaminated soil to store and process - Fast excavation speed and easy machine mobility - Capable of drilling up to 20-30 meters ■ We provide speedy and highly accurate investigation results *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Koa Development was founded in 1953 (Showa 28), and thanks to your support, we have surpassed our 60th anniversary. We sincerely appreciate your long-standing support. Our company started as a geological survey firm and now primarily focuses on consulting services related to ground and groundwater, as well as soil environment consulting and purification and restoration projects to maintain a rich global environment. In our country, natural disasters such as the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Hiroshima heavy rain disaster have frequently occurred due to earthquakes, concentrated heavy rains, and typhoons. This is exacerbated by Japan's unique vulnerable ground and steep terrain, which amplify the scale of disasters. In such a natural environment, the role of our company as a group of ground experts (Geo-Doctors) has become increasingly important. We aim to further refine the foundational technologies related to ground and soil environments to provide optimal solutions and contribute to society, ensuring the development of social infrastructure that allows everyone to live safely and securely, as well as building a sustainable society. We will continue to prioritize our customers and strive for further development of our business, so we kindly ask for your guidance and encouragement.
