The "Mecasera Device" is a water purification system that utilizes ferrite-based "Mechanical Ceramic Balls (catalysts)" made by mixing several types of metal oxides such as iron, cobalt, and titanium in a specific ratio and sintering them at high temperatures, applying the powerful oxidation effect obtained by exposing them to chlorine in water. It can also be used for applications such as deodorization, sludge reduction, and oil decomposition. It is actively used as a reinforcement facility for the JARUS system aimed at sludge reduction and deodorization in approximately 280 agricultural and fishing communities nationwide. Additionally, it has a strong track record of deliveries to major companies. ★ We are currently offering demo units for loan. SGM Corporation's main business, the "Mecasera System," was developed in 1983 through joint research with Tohoku University. The core technology of this system is the superoxide ion generation method, aimed at water quality purification treatment of waste oil and similar substances, as well as deodorization, water quality purification, and sludge reduction of sewage and domestic wastewater in agricultural communities and sewage systems. The water purification quality is remarkably stable and low-cost, requiring no modifications to existing equipment, and it can be used semi-permanently as a highly reliable and robust product. Since its launch over 30 years ago, it has numerous achievements, including local governments (agricultural communities), major companies in Japan, and various foreign countries.
