On the other hand, creating such an experience indoors can be challenging in a real environment. The HAMON water performance uses a simple mechanism where water in a tank hidden in the ceiling is gently stirred, and the resulting wave patterns are illuminated from above to project ripples onto the floor (or walls). The ripples projected onto the floor will instantly make guests visiting the space feel the presence of "water."
