Bakery Industry: Plastic Modular Chains for the Food Industry
Plastic modular chain / platetop chain
We propose a plastic modular chain to reduce the risk of foreign matter contamination in the transportation process of bread and metal trays in the food industry!
Are you struggling with foreign matter contamination in the transportation process of food (bread) and metal trays? The plastic modular chain, being made of plastic, suppresses the generation of metal wear powder. Additionally, the plastic chain for the baking industry has a thick structure that is less prone to chipping, thereby reducing the risk of foreign matter contamination and ensuring food safety. ■Features - The magnets are available in strong magnetic and low magnetic types. The strong magnetic type can transport trays and products in processes where butter and other substances are applied, even on inclined surfaces where trays and products are likely to slip off. The low magnetic type has 60% of the magnetic force of the strong magnetic type. It softens the impact when the transported items separate from the chain while moving from an inclined conveyor to a horizontal conveyor, reducing damage to the transported items and the chain. The low magnetic type uses cylindrical magnets to prevent the magnets from protruding during sliding wear. *This does not guarantee the use of magnets in a protruding state. - Customizable magnet arrangement. You can specify the desired spacing for the magnets to be inserted on the right, left, both sides, or in a staggered arrangement relative to the direction of travel. ■Applications - Transportation of metal trays - Processes for applying edible oils - Inclined transportation

Our company, as a member of the Tsubakimoto Chain Group, is dedicated to providing solutions that meet our customers' needs, focusing our business on three main pillars: chains, precision machinery products, and conveyor systems. In April 2012, we reorganized within the group, and our chain business restarted with a focus on the Tsubaki brand's top chain operations. In recent years, driven by energy conservation and cost reduction, engineering plastic chains have become widespread in various applications that replace traditional conveyor systems, with increasing demand not only domestically but also internationally. The need for products that can withstand harsh operating conditions is also growing, making it increasingly important to provide solutions through optimal products and appropriate engineering services. In this context, we have significantly revamped our structure to consolidate the group's strengths and enhance functionality and efficiency. Our production base, the Kuki Factory, underwent extensive renovations, greatly increasing production capacity, and we completed a new factory building in March 2013. We sincerely thank you for your long-standing support and ask for your continued guidance and encouragement in the future.
