In April 2012, we reorganized within the group, and our chain business restarted with a focus on the Tsubaki brand's top chain operations. The need for products that can withstand harsh operating conditions is also growing, making it increasingly important to provide solutions through optimal products and appropriate engineering services. In this context, we have significantly revamped our structure to consolidate the group's strengths and enhance functionality and efficiency. Our production base, the Kuki Factory, underwent extensive renovations, greatly increasing production capacity, and we completed a new factory building in March 2013.
