We would like to introduce a case study on the utilization of the skill management and assignment management support tool 'fapi' at FDC Corporation. Our company did not have a system to share the assignment status of engineers across the organization, and the detailed assignment status was only known by the department heads, resulting in a very personal and subjective situation. After implementing 'fapi', all assignment information could be consolidated, and the only information required to register was the project details and assigned members, significantly reducing the effort needed for updates.
