Contributing to performance improvement: Short-time treatment of material modification using electron beam irradiation.
Room temperature, processing possible in a short time! Improved material performance (strength, heat resistance, etc.) through modification of molecular structure.
Our company performs treatments such as crosslinking, polymerization, and curing of polymer materials through electron beam irradiation, as well as improving the characteristics of inorganic materials like semiconductors. Polymer materials lose their flowability at high temperatures due to crosslinking, which enhances their heat resistance. A benefit is that crosslinking can be achieved at room temperature after molding the polymer materials. Additionally, solvent-free resins can be cured, allowing for processing at room temperature in a short time. In graft polymerization, various shapes of polymers can be grafted, and it is possible to choose the type and shape of the main polymer or monomer without limitations, enabling mass production. Please contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Examples of materials for modification】 ■ Improvement of semiconductor characteristics ・Semiconductor wafers ■ Improvement of heat resistance in plastic tubes ・Plastic tubes ■ Enhancement of fibers ・Carbon fiber composites *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
