The "SSF-1600 model" is an instrument that continuously measures the concentration of suspended solids (SS) in wastewater, sewage, and industrial effluents, as well as the concentration of activated sludge (MLSS) in aeration tanks, using an optical system. It consists of a small, lightweight infrared detector that is immersed in the sample water and a converter that outputs the SS concentration as DC 4-20mA and RS-485.
