Making the adsorption layer method simpler. No need for mixing work or quality control of the adsorption layer on site. Construction of slopes is also easy.
The "Padem Sheet" adsorbs harmful substances (heavy metals) in the soil generated during tunnel excavation and construction work, preventing their runoff. The sheet is evenly filled with adsorbent material, and when laid manually, the adsorption layer is completed. Unlike conventional adsorption layer methods that require mixing soil and adsorbent material on-site or managing the quality of the adsorption layer, it achieves reduced construction work and stable quality. It can be cut and pasted to fit the terrain, making it easy to install even on slopes and complex terrains. The seams of the sheet can be welded together without gaps, providing a high runoff prevention effect. 【Features】 ■ Dimensions are 2mm thick × 1.5m wide × 20m long. Can be laid efficiently over a wide area. ■ Heavy machinery is not required during installation. Simply unroll the sheet manually. ■ Adsorbs harmful substances such as arsenic, selenium, lead, cadmium, and fluoride. ■ No concern about uneven distribution of the adsorbent material. *For more details, please refer to the materials. basic information
The "Padem Sheet" is a jointly developed product by Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. and ES Research Institute, Inc. It is a sheet filled with the adsorbent "Interface SMV#IR," which adsorbs harmful substances such as arsenic and selenium contained in the soil. In the adsorption layer method that adsorbs and processes heavy metals, it is used as a substrate for the soil instead of the adsorption layer. 【Standard Construction Procedure (When Installing One Layer)】 1. Ground leveling 2. Installation of protective mat (side facing the base) 3. Installation of Padem Sheet 4. Installation of protective mat (side facing the excavated material) 5. Transportation and leveling of protective soil *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.
