Prevent and suppress piping pulsation caused by pumps! Reduce piping pulsation, vibration, noise, and distortion by 95%! Achieve smooth pump transfer!
★Air-Driven Diaphragm Pulsation Dampener★ Can be mounted on existing piping! Solves piping issues caused by pumps! For those troubled by piping vibrations, noise, and distortion! Suppresses pulsation in pump piping by approximately 95%! Reduces pulsation, noise, and distortion in piping that occurs during product pump transfer, alleviating piping troubles! Effective for smooth discharge of fluids! Also ensures smooth and uniform discharge of high-viscosity fluids! No manual setting or control of supply air pressure is required for the dampener body; the dampener itself adjusts the supply air pressure. Diaphragm replacement and maintenance take about 15 minutes!

basic information
Many pumps, including our air-driven diaphragm pump "One Nut Pump," cause pulsation in the discharged fluid, leading to vibrations, noise, and distortion in the piping, which can damage piping joints, support brackets, and other components of the piping system. Our pulsation dampers, when installed at appropriate points in the piping system and supplied with air, eliminate up to 95% of piping pulsation, mitigating the aforementioned issues. They also support uniform discharge of fluid products. We use long-lasting integrated PTFE diaphragms, and you can choose from a variety of diaphragm materials including PTFE, nitrile, EPDM, and anti-static PTFE. The body material consists of SUS316L, with virgin or anti-static PTFE and polypropylene as standard materials. Piping connections range from 1 inch to 3 inches, with options for threaded (BSP, NPT), flange (JIS10K, ANSI), and hose connections. It can also be directly mounted on our One Nut Pump. Applications/Examples of results
User's usage example: We had a significant issue with the pulsation in the piping of the rotary pump. The pulsation caused the piping to come loose from the pipe support connection, damaging filters and other components inside the pipes. However, after installing our pulsation dampers in the piping, the pulsation was eliminated. With the installation of the pulsation dampers, vibrations and swaying of the piping were reduced, allowing for more accurate readings from flow meters and sensitive equipment, thereby providing a safer working environment.
