Company information
Our company was established in 1970 for the purpose of manufacturing thinner, adjacent to the solvent tank yard owned by the then Nichishō Iwai Co., Ltd. (now Sojitz Corporation) in the Osaka North Port area. Since then, our corporate philosophy has been to "contribute to the development of society through the provision of high-quality and more economical products." We engage in contract manufacturing and sales of thinners primarily for paints and inks, as well as repackaging operations utilizing Multi Work Stations (MWS). *On April 1, 2025, we changed our company name from Kitako Chemical Co., Ltd. to Sojitz Chemical Trading Co., Ltd.
