Wire-cut leaf spring
This is a leaf spring component (25×35×0.8mm) for FA equipment. The material is SUS304, and it has six high-precision holes processed. In this leaf spring component, high-precision holes of Φ1.0 and Φ1.7 are processed using a Φ0.5 pilot hole. When processing the Φ1.0 hole with a Φ0.5 pilot hole, it requires expertise in wire cutting to ensure that no pilot hole remains. Additionally, after processing the holes within the leaf spring, the outer circumference is manufactured in one cut.
